Dr. David Wilson was born and raised in Halifax, Nova Scotia and holds his Ph.D. from the University of New Brunswick. He is a specialist in 20th- Century warfare. His current research interests are in the area of black powder warfare. Recent Publications: "The Globe and Mail at War" - paper delivered at Canada and War 1000 to 2000 Conference - 5-9 May 2000.
