The Department of Human Resources provides a variety of employment related services which enhance the well-being of employees; foster productivity and a climate of success in the workplace and support the mission of St. Thomas University. These include:

  • administration of employment benefits programs;
  • administration of payroll function;
  • development, implementation and maintenance of progressive human resources policies;
  • advice and counsel to departments with recruitment, classification, compensation, and staff development issues;
  • training and development opportunities for staff.
