Part-time positions in Education
The Department
of Education of St. Thomas University invites applications for the following:
- Elementary School
Reading and Language Arts Methods ( k-4), 1st term
- Educational
Technology , Issues and Instructional Design, 2nd term
- Methods in
Social Studies Education (Secondary), 2nd term
A Ph.D. is preferred;
a master’s degree and eligibility for a New Brunswick Teaching
Certificate are required. Prior teaching experience in elementary or
secondary schools, with a minimum of three years teaching experience,
is preferred. The successful applicant may be expected to do some practice
teaching supervision and must be willing to travel to schools in New
Brunswick during the student internships. Applicants are to submit a
curriculum vitae, state your teachable major, provide evidence of teaching
effectiveness (teaching portfolio preferred) and list three references
and their contact information. Applications are to be sent directly
