The following are paid holidays for employees:

New Year's Day
Good Friday
Easter Monday
Victoria Day
Canada Day
New Brunswick Day
Labour Day
Thanksgiving Day
Remembrance Day (except when it falls on a Saturday or Sunday)
Christmas Eve Day
Christmas Day
Boxing Day
New Year's Eve Day

When a day that is a designated holiday for an employee falls within a period of vacation leave, the holiday does not count as a day of vacation leave
