Policy Name: Retirement

 

 

The term of appointment for support staff or administrative employees expires at the end of the month in which that employee reaches the age of sixty-five (65).

The employer agrees to arrange for the continuation of employment benefits, with the exception of those benefits that may not be available because of age or pension-contribution restrictions imposed by the carriers of the benefit plans, to retirees who would become responsible for the full cost of the benefits.
