Sunday May 9th Please pack and have your room ready after breakfast. The bus MUST leave promptly after the business meeting.

General Meeting
9:30- 11:45 a.m.

Rooms to be vacated by 12:00 noon, all accounts settled with hotel and room keys returned.

12:00- 1:00 p.m. - Cold buffet (this is one reason so many people found it hard to get on the bus)

Bus leaves
1:00 p.m. to arrive at Dorval Airport at approx. 2:00 p.m. and McGill at 3:00 p.m.
