Mature Students

Going back to school can be a challenging transition for mature students, depending on their personal situation. That is why STU will be hosting an event specifically for mature students. We want to give you the opportunity to meet other mature students, so that you may form a network of friends and supporters right here on campus. Please note that on Tuesday, September 7th there will be an Ice Cream Social for mature students in the lower level of James Dunn Hall from 1:00-3:00pm. Children are welcome! If you wish to attend the events hosted by the Students’ Union during Welcome Week, please plan to purchase a Welcome Week Kit from the Students’ Union. We especially hope that you will take part in Academic Transition Day and the T-Pin Ceremony on Wednesday, September 8th, as well as Fredericton’s Community Welcome Celebration on Thursday, September 9th. We look forward to meeting you!
