Protect yourself and your property: A guide for savvy seniors

Explains how to recognise various forms of physical, financial and psychological abuse and forms of identity theft commonly inflicted upon seniors. Readers gain advice on how to handle and reject fraudsters and scam artists who telephone, post letters, use emails or knock at the door to access their ‘targets’.

Researched and published by The Third Age Centre (TAC) in 2005; with funding assistance from the National Crime Prevention Centre of the Department of Justice Canada and the Solicitor General Canada. TAC acknowledges the work and leadership of Dr. Dorothy MacKeracher.
