Preparation for the Workforce


Getting into the workforce after school is difficult, but keeping a job after you get it is just as hard. In order to have a rewarding career it is important to have a good work ethic. Many of this years students feel that the Truth in Society section will give you a head start on preparing for the world of work.

Some say that when a student graduates from university they are not prepared for a full time job, they lack certain skills, skills that are necessary if one is to succeed in their chosen field. In this program you begin to build a solid base for those skills, it is important to have this base to work from and build on. You will gain much more experience than you would think from one course. We do need certain skill to be able to hold a job and enjoy it. Here is a sample of those skills and how the Aquinas program helps to start you on your way.
