Chapters based on selected presentations from the first four Canadian Conferences on Spirituality and Social Work form the core of this new book edited by the founding members of the Canadian Society for Spirituality and Social Work - John Coates, JohnR. Graham, and Barbara Swartzentruber with Brian Ouellette.  This book is an overview of the field and includes sections on spirituality and social work that address Historical Developments, Social Work Practice, Emerging Areas of Practice, and Diversity and Faith Traditions.  Spirituality and Social Work: Selected Canadian Readings is published by Canadian Scholars Press.
