Association Vice-President, Enrolment Management
Reporting to the Vice-President (Academic & Research) and working with other senior staff, the office of the Associate Vice-President Enrolment Management (AVPEM) leads the development and implementation of student recruitment and student retention strategies.
The departments reporting to AVPEM are: Student Recruitment, Admissions, Student Services and Residence Life, and Theatre.
The office’s primary focus is to help attract students for whom St. Thomas is a good fit and ensure that the supports they need to succeed at St. Thomas are in place.
