Dr. O'Regan is an Associate Professor of Criminology at St. Thomas University and a part-time lecturer in the Faculty of Law at UNB. She was appointed a Research Fellow of the Muriel McQueen Fergusson Centre for Family Violence Research in 2018. A graduate of STU, Dr. O’Regan has law degrees from the University of Toronto, Dalhousie University, and the London School of Economics. She is a member of the Ontario bar and has worked for the Federal Department of Justice, the Office of the Children's Lawyer in Toronto, and the private legal sector.
