Developing Self-Compassion is an online learning experience which aims to help you practice kindness to yourself so you can replace judgment and fear with courage and peace. Most people would benefit from this course, especially those who struggle with self-criticism and negative self-talk. It includes four modules that you can complete at your own pace. The program saves your progress when you take a break. The entire course takes approximately two hours. The modules are:

  1. What is self-compassion
  2. Benefits of self-compassion
  3. Three parts of practicing self-compassion
  4.  Develop a practice of self-compassion.

My Anxiety Plan (MAP) for Adults is an online anxiety management program based on cognitive-behavioural therapy for adults with mild to moderate anxiety. It includes six units that you can complete in any order you choose and at your own pace. The program saves your progress when you take a break. The entire course takes four hours. The units are: (1) Starting the Journey: Understanding Anxiety, (2) Calming Strategies: Learning to Chill, (3) Helpful Thinking: Talking Back to Anxiety, (4) Facing Fears: Exposure, (5) Continuing the Journey: Staying on Track, and (6) Special Topics.

Overcoming Loneliness and Isolation is an online learning experience that will guide you in learning about, facing, and overcoming the negative impacts of loneliness and isolation. It is for people struggling with loneliness and isolation. It includes six modules that you can complete at your own pace. The program saves your progress when you take a break. The entire course takes approximately three hours. The modules are: (1) Understanding loneliness, (2) Understanding isolation, (3) Impacts of long-term loneliness and isolation, (4) How to overcome loneliness and isolation, (5) Effective communication, and (6) More resources to assist your journey.

Recovery 101 is an online learning experience to support your journey in re-defining and re-establishing your life amidst mental health challenges. It is for people dealing with mental health challenges, living with mental illness, dealing with addiction issues, or caring for individuals with mental illness. It includes five modules that you can complete at your own pace. The program saves your progress when you take a break. The entire course takes approximately 2.5 hours. The modules are: (1) What is Recovery?, (2) How Recovery Begins?, (3) Helpful Recovery Strategies, (4) Promoting Mental Health and Well-being, and (5) Moving Forward and Taking Action.

The Well-being Course is an online learning experience to assist people in achieving greater levels of mental health and improving their well-being. It is for people dealing with everyday life struggles, people living with mental health challenges or mental illness, and people dealing with addiction issues. It includes eight modules that you can complete at your own pace. The program saves your progress when you take a break. The entire course takes four hours. The modules are: (1) Welcome to The Well-being Course, (2) Physical Well-being, (3) Social Well-being, (4) Cognitive Well-being, (5) Emotional Well-being, (6) Meaning and Purpose, (7) Environmental Well-being, and (8) The Well-being Journey Continues.

You Feel Like Shit: A Self Care Game is an online game that guides you through a series of questions that help you practice self-care.
