Current Residence Students Forms

Request to move into Residence Early - Residence will officially open on August 30th (1st year students) OR September 3rd (returning students). Requests to move in early must be submitted by August 20th at 12:00 noon in order to be considered.

Damage Deposit Refund Form

Students not returning to residence in the fall of the following year must apply for their $250 damage deposit.  If you are returning to residence in September, your $250 damage deposit is carried forward.

Meal Plan Change Form

Meal plan changes will be accepted until October 15, 2018 (or February 15, 2019 for 2nd term students only).

Room/Residence Change Form

Please note that a $35.00 processing fee applies. 

Christmas Request Form

As outlined in your 2018-2019 Residence Guide, the Residence community will be closed for the Christmas break: December 18, 2018 at 12 noon and will reopen on January 5, 2018 at 9 am. 


Students are required to leave residence within 24 hours after their last exam. Students who have exhausted all other means and need to stay in residence during any portion of this time period MUST return this completed form to GMH303 or not later than noon on December 10, 2018.  Your application will be reviewed and you will be notified at your STU email address of the outcome.
