Upper Year Residence Applicants

Applications for September 2022

You can enjoy the convenience of living on campus, having access to a meal plan or the community living environment. Regardless of the residence building you live in, it is a safe, inclusive and connected living and learning environment. Residence Life staff are present to help support student development and foster an environment conducive to studying, sleeping and socializing.


Residence will continue to prioritize the health and safety of student residents and staff. These measures include specific rules, regulations, and guidelines related to Public Health advice regarding COVID-19. Such rules are consistently assessed and monitored to ensure we are following the standards of Public Health.   

 

Students returning to St. Thomas University have two different options for campus housing.

  1. STU Residence (Harrington Hall, Vanier Hall, and Holy Cross House)
  2. Windsor Street Housing 

There are no fees associated with filling out the application. Completed applications will be prioritized based on date/time of submission.

*First-year and second-year students will be given priority to all STU residences when they apply prior to April 15, 2022.

How to Apply and Accept Room Offer

  1. Fill out application online (stu.erezlife.com) – please see detailed instructions below
  2. Students will receive a room offer in June
  3. To accept your room offer, student must pay the nonrefundable $300 confirmation fee

Confirmation Fee Payment Options

  • Call Financial Services (506-452-7703) to pay over the phone by credit card
  • Pay be credit card online here  
  • Pay with PayMyTuition (International Students only)

  • February 2022 – Applications Open

Detailed Instructions to Apply 

  1. Login to eRezLife Housing Application Portal: stu.erezlife.com (sign in with your STU username and password)

  2. Click on “Apply for Housing” (under Recommended Actions) 

  3. Click on “Apply Now” (green button) 

  4. You are welcome to fill out the application and save the progress 

  5. Once you have completed the application, submit your application and you will receive a confirmation 

  6. If you would like to make changes, you can reopen your application and edit details. Although there is no deadline to apply, we will be making room offers on a chronological and rolling basis.  
  • You do not need to pay a deposit with your application.  
  • If you receive a room offer and would like to accept the offer, there will be a $300 non-refundable confirmation fee for your room.
