Dr. Laura Levick from the Political Science Department will be presenting "Regional Patterns of Multilateral Treaty Cooperation: Is there a Latin American “Commitment Gap?”
Her presentation will examine whether or not states in Latin America tend to ratify treaties/agreements they have signed and discuss the larger implications for other global regions.
