As part of the STU community, there are many services available to you whether you need academic or personal support. Your time at university is meant to be challenging, but you should not feel alone. Never hesitate to lean on the community.
One way to make the most out of these years is to get involved on campus—join a club or society and make friends with fellow students over common interests, become a Peer Mentor and be there for a new student, or participate in Residence Life. University is all about finding your niche, and our small university offers many big opportunities to get involved.
Looking for support? Wanting to get involved? Explore this section along the right-hand side or below. If you can't find what you're looking for, reach out to our Student Services team any time.
Learning Strategist Kathleen Hyndman can help you manage your schedule, take better notes, be more productive, and translate your academic habits into success in the classroom. You can schedule an appointment with her or take advantage of the resources on the Learning Strategy Services section of the website.
