Grant Harvey Centre

Family and friends of graduating students are welcome to attend Convocation. Although we do not issue tickets, we ask that graduates keep their guests to no more than four.

Graduates assemble at the corridor between front/back entrances of Grant Harvey Centre at 1:00 pm.

Gowns and hoods will be distrubuted from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm on May 16, and 9:00 am to 12:30 pm on May 17 at the Black Box Theatre in Sir James Dunn Hall.

A Convocation Tea will be held for graduates and their guests following the ceremony at 4:30 pm in The Great Hall, George Martin Hall.

Gowns and hoods may be returned from 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm in the Black Box Theatre, Sir James Dunn Hall. Gowns not returned by 6:30 pm may result in a late return charge.

Please note: masking required for all indoor spaces.
