This workshop will be led by Joanne Uwuor and Nadine Duguay Lemay, from Cohesia, in partnership with Planet Hatch.  

Most social enterprises exist with a specific social mission to improve lives for marginalized and excluded groups, so in many ways, this sector leads when it comes to Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Anti-Racism. It is however important to not make assumptions about how deeply embedded EDIAR is within the social enterprise community.    

This workshop offers space to examine what EDIAR is and will offer, through conversation and reflection exercises, the space to begin to embed a lens for Equity, Diversity, inclusion, and Anti racism in the foundations of social enterprises.   

Open to ALL students who wish to know more about starting your own social enterprise, business, or non-profit organization.
