Chantal Richard, a professor in the Department of French at the University of New Brunswick, will speak about the erasure and revival of Acadian identity, language and culture in the context of settler colonialism as part of the NB Media Co-op’s 10th Annual General Meeting on Thursday, Sept. 19 at 7:00 pm at the Charlotte Street Art Centre.


Dr. Richard’s talk is supported by Societé de L’Acadie du Nouveau-Brunswick (SANB), the Departments of French and History at the University of New Brunswick, the Department of French Studies at St. Thomas University and the Journal of New Brunswick Studies.
