STUdents are invited to attend an information session on Thursday, June 23 at 7:00 pm to learn more about the Costa Rica Experiential Learning Trip, which will take place from November 5-12, 2022 (during the Fall Reading Week) in partnership with Global Learning Costa Rica. We are looking for a group of up to 12 students who would like to learn about Costa Rica’s culture, language, economy, ecology, sustainable development, and participate in service projects.

Canadian students will have access to the financial support to make this international experience accessible thanks to Global Skills Opportunity funding. Participating students will gain numerous global competencies, an opportunity to practice Spanish, and international volunteer experience.

Recent graduate Megan Gibson, BA '22, will be guest speaking to share her own experience being an intern at a non-profit organization in Costa Rica.
