Presenter: Dr. Mary Ann Campbell, Director of the Centre for Criminal Justice Studies and Clinical Psychologist


Dr. Campbell will speak about the value of risk appraisal for informing decision-making by professionals about how to best respond to intimate partner violence situations. This lunch and learn will specifically discuss the strengths and limitations of the ODARA, which is the risk tool used by police in New Brunswick and other regions to aid in this decision-making. New Brunswick centric research will be used to illustrate these nuances.
