Public Lecture: "Québec’s New, Fragmented Party System" by Dr. Alain Noël

October 12, 2022

  • 2:00 PM

4:00 – 5:30PM
Ted Daigle Auditorium

In his lecture, Dr. Alain Noël will discuss major changes to Québec’s political party system. The province’s stable two-party system revolving around the question of federalism versus sovereignty is giving way to a more complex multi-party order involving a more complex array of issues. Some of these changes are due to factors specific to Québec while some reflect trends evident in other democracies.

Everyone is welcome!
