Artist Talk - 2:00 PM in the Kinsella Auditorium
Exhibit Opening - 3:00 PM in the Yellow Box Gallery

The latest Yellow Box Gallery exhibition, The Tom Forrestall Sketchbooks, will open Thursday, November 24 at 3:00 PM. An artist talk will precede the gallery opening at 2:00 PM in the Kinsella Auditorium. 

The Tom Forrestall Sketchbooks collection offers a synthesis of an artist’s daily working document, a visual and written diary spanning a creative lifetime. Now at nearly 400 volumes, it covers over 70 years of creative exploration and documentation. 
 
The curatorial approach utilized in this exhibition is a first for artist’s sketchbooks. The approach will allow for an ever-changing exhibition on a regular basis, as the pages of the notebooks will be turned over on a regular basis.
 
The Yellow Box Gallery is located on the third floor of Norrie Margaret McCain Hall.
