Venture for Canada Innovation Jam

On Thursday, November 14th, Venture for Canada is bringing an Innovation Jam to St. Thomas University!
Venture for Canada Innovation Jam is a unique mashup of a problem-solving 'hackaton', case competition and training event. It offers students an opportunity to problem solve, network with other students, and connect with the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Fredericton.
At this year's event, you will be working with a Fredericton-based organization to solve a real challenge they are currently facing. Students walk away with enhanced pitching, teamwork, interpersonal, public speaking and creative problem solving skills, and newly-aware of the innovative organizations in the community. There will be cash prizes for the winning teams!
The energy-packed event will run from 9:30am-4:30pm with full lunch provided, and a unique opportunity to connect with employers and like-minded student leaders.
