Feeling stressed? Looking for a healthy break from studying and papers? STU Mental Health has got you covered! Please join us for De-Stress Fest! Free, fun, and everyone welcome!


Monday, April 8 (7 pm - 8:30 pm): Meet a therapy dog in JDH G6.


Tuesday, April 9 (12 pm -1 pm): Free yoga class with Jenny Rolls in the JB O’Keefe gym.


Wednesday, April 10 (12 pm): De-stress goody bag giveaway in JDH.


Thursday, April 11 (12 pm -1:30 pm): Make a glitter jar, JDH cafeteria.


Friday, April 12 (10 am -12 pm): Free coffee, snacks, and de-stress resources in JDH cafeteria.
