ITS Information for New Students
Your username and password may be found under the “Next Steps” tab on your applicant portal. Please log in at STU.ca/myaccount. Your username and password will be used to log into STU services, including your STU email.
STU Account
Your STU account is used to access a number of services. Some services such as Wi-Fi and Microsoft 365 require your full email address to log in while others such as WebAdvisor require just your username. Your username is the five letters that forms the first part of your email address, before the “@stu.ca”. The initial temporary password for your STU Account is a number contained under the “Next Steps” tab on your applicant portal.
To protect your information, you should change your password for your STU Account immediately at STU.ca/password.
