I have been teaching in Environment and Society at St. Thomas University since 2009. This follows 25 years with the non-profit environmental advocacy group, the Conservation Council of New Brunswick. My years working in the environmental movement have informed my research and teaching, which broadly fall into the fields of environmental politics and praxis (reflection and action for social change).

I am very interested in campus sustainability and I work on this as a member of the FAUST (Faculty union) Environmental Concerns Committee and the Faculty Environmental Research Network (FERN). I am also the faculty advisor for the student group, STU Sustainability.

Currently, I am excited to be working with Dr. Susan O’Donnell and Dr. Andy Secord to develop a new climate justice research program for Environment and Society that will involve undergraduate students in several research projects.
