Wednesday, December 4: Mindfulness snack workshop from 12-1 PM, MMH 307
Come learn about mindfulness and enjoy a snack on us!

 

Wednesday, December 4: Yoga from 7-8 PM, JB O'Keefe Squash Court

 

Thursday, December 5: Christmas Cookie Decorating from 10 AM - 3 PM, in the lounge outside JDH 211

Friday, December 6: Mental Health Goodie Bag giveaway at 12 PM.
Our 'elves' will be handing out these bags in James Dunn Hall and the Great Hall
