Next Steps

After you’ve been accepted to St. Thomas (congratulations!), follow these next steps to get ready to join us in September 2019!

Please note: These following steps are for students admitted to the Bachelor of Arts program. Next steps for students admitted to the School of Education or the School of Social Work will be sent to successful candidates at the time of their admission.

1.  Accept Your Offer of Admission

To reserve your seat in the program, you must accept your offer of admission by paying the $100 admission deposit. This deposit will be credited to your student account when you begin your studies. You can pay your deposit by phone with a credit card at (506) 452-0532 or 1-877-788-4443, or by mailing a cheque/money order to:

The Admissions Office
St. Thomas University
51 Dineen Drive
Fredericton, NB
E3B 5G3

2. Reserve Your Room in Residence

Once you receive an offer of admission, you can find the residence application form under the “Next Steps” tab on your student portal. Once you’ve submitted the residence application, you must make arrangements to pay the $300 residence deposit. This deposit will be credited to your student account when you begin your studies. The earlier your application and residence deposit are received, the more likely we will be able to meet your residence preferences. You can pay by phone with a credit card at (506) 452-0532 or 1-877-788-4443, or by mailing a cheque/money order to:

3. Apply for Scholarships

After you receive an offer of admission, you can find the scholarship and bursary application forms under the “Next Steps” tab on your student portal. The deadline to apply is March 1, 2019.
