Doris Chow is an Assistant Professor of Psychology at St. Thomas University. Trained in experimental psychology and vision science, she conducts experiments in human participants of various age groups to understand how the brain enables us to perceive accurately and act promptly with multisensory information. Her research has implications on how our ability to perceive the world coherently changes across the lifespan and what happens when this ability goes wrong. She is grateful for support from funders such as Michael Smith Health Research BC and the Canadian Institutes of Health Research for her research.
