Research

Dr. Baldwin’s research interests span a number of areas.

As Canada Research Chair Clive has three primary research projects: storytelling in social and health care institutions, developing narrative literacy in professional education and an evaluation of training in narrative ethics.

He continues to write about allegations of Munchausen syndrome by proxy and narrative ethics but has expanded his interests to include concepts of the Self, the experience of transableism and the promotion of narrative care.

He has recently completed a manuscript on narrative social work, due for publication in March 2013 (Policy Press) and is working on one on narrative analysis for Left Coast Press.
